I live in a GREAT neighborhood at the moment (south garfield ave) and LOVE IT. I am looking for a quite, nice, clean apartment that would possibly include utilities. I would like something that includes appliances, including a washer/dryer. I am honestly only home to eat, sleep, clean up, ect.
A little bit about myself.....
I have an 11mo mixed dog (1/2 retriever 1/2 weiner dog) that weights apprx 32lbs. He is utd on all shots, licensed, completely house broke, does not bark, and is extremly friendly. He is completely house broke, kept in a kennel when I am gone, and is usually always with me. I am a 25yo female who works a ft job in Whitewater 7-3 M-F. I always pay my rent, utilities, bills on time, even if it means not buying things for myself. I have 6 horses which take up a the rest of the time I have. I am rarely home weeknights and weekends. I keep everything clean and nice. I have lived in Surrey Ridge Apartments, and the place I am currently in thus far.


I am not looking to sign a year lease at this time. I would prefer month to month.
