Walsh Farms, a 6th generation family farm right outside of Beloit, is taking orders for Angus Beef. Our Angus beef is 100% natural pasture-raised, with home grown corn supplement and you know it really tastes delicious! The steers have never had hormones or steroids. Price is $3.90/pound hanging weight.

All processing of beef will be done at Country Pride Meats, Clinton WI. August and September dates available only!
**Please note: Our meat price does not include processing**

Our customers ask, what can get for my money with a quarter beef? On average 1/4 beef will yield 140# of meat. Equivalent of 6 full sized shopping bags or 5 cu ft.
This means you get:
3-4 Chuck Roasts, 6-8 rib eye steaks, Brisket, 4-7 T-bone steaks, 2-5 Porterhouse steaks, 2-4 Sirloin steaks, 1-2 Sirloin Tip Roasts, 4-6 Round Steaks, 4# Stew Meat and 70# of grounds.
