The Walsh Family Farm is excited to offer our customers bison. It has been an endeavor of passion, planning, and hard work to build the infrastructure and to finally offer this unique and highly sought after product!

We are currently offering a very limited quantity of quarters, halves, or wholes of pasture raised bison.

Bison is a healthy, lean alternative to beef and pork that is nutrient dense and full of flavor. Our bison is grass fed and finished.
We process bison by local, state inspected Country Pride Meats in Clinton, WI. Price is $6.75/pound hanging weight. Note prices do not include processing!
