This has no title however in Wisconsin you don’t need one to haul with in the state.
This has no running water.
It has a brand new propane heater .
Plenty of storage. Sealed tight.
We have a 5 c
Gallon bucket of roof sealer as it need to be sealed ever year.
We used this over the winter so it’s been made to hold heat .
It has a trundle bed with twin mattress.
Lots of updated outlets and lights .
Interior lighting all work.
External lighting work last moved in 2025
